1. Production & Fulfillment Time
All our products are custom-printed on demand upon placing an order. Production typically takes 2 to 5 business days before your item is ready to ship.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard shipping within the United States usually takes 3 to 7 business days after fulfillment.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information will be updated within 24 to 48 hours of dispatch.
4. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer at checkout.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
Surf to the Bone is not liable for products lost or damaged during transit by carrier services once marked as delivered. If your tracking indicates delivery but you have not received your package, please check around your residence or contact the shipping carrier directly.
